Check-in & Check-out - Check-in is at 3 p.m. on the opening day of the conference; check-out is 10 a.m. for lodging, noon for meeting room, on the closing day of the conference.

Rates for Additional Meeting Space and/or Hours - Meeting space is included from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. on the opening day of the conference; 8 a.m. to noon on the closing day of the conference; 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. on all other conference days.  Additional hours and/or meeting space must be arranged with Marconi in advance and is subject to availability and charges.  Additional space and hours will not be guaranteed until 3 weeks prior to the conference opening date.

Meeting Only - No Overnight - Day-Use Rates:  Single day meetings are welcome at Marconi when space is available.  Reservations are accepted no more than 4 months in advance.

Overnight Guest - No Meeting - Tourist Rates:  Marconi offers overnight accommodations, including breakfast, to traveling guests on a space-available basis.  Reservations are accepted no more than 3 days in advance.
