Created with you in mind, Marconi offers a choice of two full-service meeting plans: our American Plan (AP) or our Complete Meeting Plan (CMP). The Rates for each plan are per night, plus sales and hotel taxes, and include:
Three healthy, flavorful meals, starting with dinner arrival day, breakfast, lunch and dinner on each full conference day, and breakfast and lunch on departure day. A private meeting building with a primary meeting room - setup to your specifications - and a pre-function area and patio. Your meeting building is available from 3pm to 11pm on arrival day, 8am to 11pm on each full conference day, and 8am to 12 noon on departure day. Ther American Plan (AP), our simplest, no-frills meeting package, includes the three components described above. Or, the planner may enrich the American Plan by adding selections from our extensive Snack and Beverage, Beer and Wine, or Audio Visual offerings.
Our Complete Meeting Plan (CMP) offers a planner the easy way to pamper guests: it includes pre-selected snacks and beverages and Audio Visual equipment. (Detail are listed below.)
