Created with you in mind, Marconi offers a choice of two full-service meeting plans: our American Plan (AP) or our Complete Meeting Plan (CMP).
The Rates for each plan are per night, plus sales and hotel taxes, and include:
Overnight accommodations with check-in at 3 pm, check-out by 10 am
Three healthy, flavorful meals, starting with dinner on arrival day, breakfast, lunch and dinner on each full conference day, and breakfast and lunch on departure day.
A private meeting building with a primary meeting room - setup to your specifications - and a pre-function area and patio. Your meeting building is available from 3 pm to 11 pm on arrival day, 8 am to 11 pm on each full conference day, and 8 am to 12 noon on departure day.
The American Plan (AP), our simplest, no-frills meeting package, includes the three components described above. Or, the planner may enrich the American Plan by adding selections from our extensive Snack and Beverage, Beer and Wine, or Audio Visual offerings.
